CUSTOM OEM Workforce Management Terminals

Our CUSTOM OEM products have long been recognised as market leaders in their highly specialised sectors and are continually being developed and improved upon. CUSTOM IT (Intelligent Terminals) and CUSTOM RS (Revised Series) have been designed with customer fit 'smart modules' to offer the maximum flexibility from components that are immediately available 'off the shelf'.

CUSTOM RS is fully ‘software compatible’ with our older and more traditional equipment and has been fully redeveloped to encompass the modular structure of today’s modern designs and manufacturing techniques.

CUSTOM IT incorporates leading edge technology such as high performance processors and the renowned Linux operating system (optional Windows on some models).

The core of CUSTOM IT is a SQLite database incorporating a powerful application language that is isolated from the Linux kernel and hardware. This allows the terminal to take full advantage of future developments in processors and Linux OS whilst at the same time safeguarding the compatibility and lifespan of the main application software.

CUSTOM Exchange - Server Software

CUSTOM Exchange is a server-based application that provides data exchange and system management utilities for CUSTOM OEM terminals. Designed with security, resilience and scalability in mind, CUSTOM Exchange should be centrally located to communicate via the Internet or run on a server within a private network infrastructure.

CUSTOM Exchange is modular and includes a customisable third party adapter to directly communicate with applications such as workforce management systems.
